Terms and Conditions
Who can open an account
You need to be 18 or older, or older still if the law where you live sets a higher gambling age, to play with us. Each person may hold one account only, and we can close duplicate accounts and cancel the winnings linked to them.
Real-money play is closed to residents of a list of countries and regions, and the United Kingdom is one of them. Anyone who plays from a restricted country breaks our rules and has no right to refunds or withdrawals.
Deposits
Every payment must come from a card, wallet or account held in your own name. The smallest deposit is £20 or the equal amount in another currency. A payment counts only once it has gone through and has been confirmed, and a payment that is reversed or rejected can lead to voided wagers.
Withdrawals
The smallest cashout is £20. Weekly cashouts are capped at £7,500 and monthly cashouts at £15,000, while progressive jackpot wins are paid in full outside those caps. We aim to process a request within 72 hours once it is approved, and the real timing depends on the method and on verification. Bank transfers take up to 3 business days.
Before a withdrawal, your deposits need to be turned over at least three times. Where this has not happened, a fee may apply or the request may be declined.
Verification
We check identity, address and payment details. The first check has to be finished within 30 days of your first deposit, before your deposits or own-money stakes pass £2,000, or before any payout, whichever happens first. Later requests for documents normally give you up to 40 days. If we cannot reach you by phone or e-mail for two weeks after a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the request is cancelled.
Bonuses and fair play
Only one bonus can be active at a time, and bonus rules are set out on our main page. Using several accounts, unusual staking patterns or any attempt to exploit an offer can lead to cancelled bonuses and winnings.
Errors and suspected fraud
Bets settled through a technical error may be cancelled or settled again on the intended terms. Money credited to you by mistake stays ours and can be taken back. When fraud is suspected we may freeze pending withdrawals while we investigate.
Complaints
Start with our support team. A complaint can only be raised by the account holder, from the contact details stored in the account. If our answer does not settle the matter, the dispute can go to EGIS, the independent resolution service we work with.
Language
The English version of our rules is the one that applies if a translation reads differently.
