Personal limits

You can cap deposits, losses or total stakes over a daily, weekly or monthly period. Lower limits start at once. A higher limit needs e-mail confirmation and only starts after the current limit of the same type has run out. Crypto payments cannot always be held back by a deposit limit, so pick another payment method if you want a firm cap.

Cooling-off

You choose how long a cooling-off period runs, from one week up to half a year (one week, one month, three months or six months), and it starts straight away. During it you cannot deposit regular money or receive offers, though you can still cash out your balance. When the period ends the account opens again on its own.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion runs for 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or with no end date. Your account is closed for play at once, offers stop and regular deposits are blocked. Any balance left can be paid out through our support team within our usual limits, and verification may still be needed.
