Eligibility and active bonuses
One offer is permitted per person, family, household, email address, telephone number, account, payment account and device. You must register personally and keep account access away from third parties and minors. Only one bonus may be active, deposit bonuses cannot be combined, and you may refuse or cancel a bonus without losing your own funds. Country restrictions can make an offer unavailable.
We may void a bonus and associated winnings when we have reasonable grounds to believe a betting strategy was used primarily to exploit it, for example through collusion, exchange-rate abuse or patterns indicative of fraud. Separately, we will void any bonus, free spins or winnings once we determine that a promotion has been abused. Abuse includes maximum bets on high-variance games placed only to inflate wagering, lowering stakes and switching to low-variance games after a big win, depositing only to claim bonuses without making real-money deposits, a deposits-to-bonus ratio above 50%, delaying play or manipulating rounds until requirements expire, using multiple accounts to claim duplicate offers, and exploiting a software bug for money. Dishonestly obtained money may also be confiscated. English terms prevail if language versions differ.
Stakes and game contribution
Unless an offer states another limit, the maximum bonus-wagering stake is £5, including post-round doubling and purchased bonus rounds. Real-money maximum stakes are £50 on slots and £500 on cards, roulette and lottery games. Slots generally contribute 100% to wagering except excluded titles. Roulette and card games contribute 10%, poker and video poker 5%, table games 20%, and other games do not contribute. Jackpot slots and excluded titles such as Scarab Treasure, Plinko, Dead or Alive and Zoom Roulette do not count towards bonus wagering.
Cancellation, expiry and winnings
Our bonuses are non-sticky. You may withdraw your real-money balance before completing bonus wagering, but the bonus and associated winnings are then forfeited. Unfinished bonus funds and winnings become void when the bonus period ends. A bonus-tied balance is cancelled when it reaches £0.01 or less, without affecting funds from other deposits or bonuses. Delaying a game round or staging a bonus feature for completion after wagering ends is prohibited and may make the resulting winnings void.
General caps are £50 for no-deposit cash and free-spin bonuses, £5,000 for cash bonuses and £200 for free-spin bonuses. They extend to later play derived from the bonus even after wagering is complete, and excess may be forfeited at withdrawal. Some offers also set a winnings multiplier that varies by promotion.

Deposits
Deposit routes include Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, bank transfers, crypto wallets, e-wallets and local payment options where available. If our checks reveal a third-party deposit, we will confiscate winnings from it and return the original deposit to its owner.
The minimum deposit is £20, while the maximum depends on the method and is displayed when you select it. CoinsPaid crypto transactions do not have an upper deposit limit because of their decentralised nature. Deposits appear only after the payment institution confirms them. Winnings tied to a rejected, denied or charged-back deposit are void.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is £20, including the crypto value of £20 at the request time. Each method displays its own maximum, and larger withdrawals may be split into instalments. Available regional routes can include a credit or debit card and e-wallets. Visa withdrawals may use Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard withdrawals may use Payment Transfer when the card is personal and issued in a supported country. Banks may still reject a transfer, and we may use another payment method when necessary.
We aim to process requests within 72 hours of approval, while actual payout timing depends on the payment method and verification status. Bank transfers are processed within three business days. Intermediary banks may add their own fees, typically up to £16, and you remain responsible for fees from your bank or payment provider.
Weekly withdrawals are limited to £7500 on a rolling seven-day basis and reset from the first cashout in a calendar month and on the first day of each month. The monthly limit is £15,000. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and sit outside those limits. Cryptocurrency limits use the exchange rate at the time of the request.
Card deposits may be returned to the same card up to the total net deposit, with any excess routed through another method. We do not pay interest on account balances or offer currency exchange services, including crypto-to-fiat exchange.
Verification and deposit turnover
Before withdrawal, each deposit must be wagered three times the deposited amount. If several deposits were made without play, the combined amount must be wagered. We may charge a processing fee or refuse the request when that condition is unmet.
Initial Verification must be completed by the earliest of these points. The first is 30 days after your first deposit. The second is before cumulative deposits reach £2,000 or before you wager more than £2,000 of your own funds. The third is before any payout. Later information is due within the period stated in our request, which will normally not exceed 40 days, and we may set a shorter period where law, regulation or our risk assessment requires it.
We may request a government photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method or a live phone check. If you cannot provide documents in Latin or Cyrillic script, we may ask for video verification instead. Withdrawals remain pending until the checks are complete. If we cannot reach you by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account will be locked and the request will be cancelled. Review of a complete KYC document set can take up to 30 working days.
We may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. If you submit false or incomplete KYC documents, we may refuse the payout, terminate the account with notice by email and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Invalid or inconsistent documents can also lead to restriction, suspension or closure and a withdrawal hold. Funds are not forfeited solely because verification is incomplete unless applicable law permits it or a separate breach such as fraud, underage play, false information or unlawful activity applies.
Refunds
Ask our support team about a possible refund. A legitimate-transaction request must be submitted within 24 hours. A claim involving unauthorised account access must be made within 30 calendar days of first becoming aware of it. Bonuses and winnings are deducted before the refundable amount is calculated.
When our payment processors or we treat card transactions as high-risk, we will refund them to the originating card and report the incident. You cover refund fees. We can request photo identification, proof of payment, proof of address, further documents and a phone call. Refunds stay on hold until verification is complete. Approved refunds are typically processed within five to seven banking days.
Account controls and mistaken credits
We may cancel an incorrectly accepted wager and restore the balance, or settle it under the terms that should have applied. A mistaken bonus or winnings credit remains our property, can be deducted, and becomes a debt if already withdrawn. Tell our support team if you identify an incorrect credit.
Duplicate accounts may be closed, with pending withdrawals cancelled and associated returns, winnings or bonuses forfeited. We may seek repayment of funds already withdrawn from a duplicate account. Suspected collusion, bots, chargebacks, false claims, software exploitation or other deceptive conduct may lead to suspension, closure, voided winnings, a balance charge, investigation, legal action or a temporary funds freeze at our discretion.

Use a Deposit Limit for a day, week or month. A Loss Limit can control losses over the same periods, and a Wager Limit can cap the amount staked. A decrease takes effect immediately. An increase requires email confirmation and starts only after the previous limit of that type expires.
